Start with the motorcycle.
Make a note of the model designation, model year and original sales market. Registration dates and model years can differ. If the identity is unclear, a Honda dealer or an established Cub specialist can help identify the correct documentation from the bike’s details.
Choose the kind of book you need.
An owner’s handbook introduces the controls, routine checks and ownership information. A workshop or service manual serves a different purpose. Check the publication’s intended model and use before relying on its procedures.
Our current reading guide is for the 2019 US Super Cub C125A . We do not currently have a verified classic C90 handbook in the club.
For the older chapters.
Honda’s US owner library directs enquiries for pre-2010 vehicle manuals to its support team. The UK owner area also provides manual and ownership resources. For an imported bike, the original market can matter as much as the badge on the leg shield.
Keep the model, year and market together when you ask for help. It gives a dealer or specialist a better starting point than “a manual for a Cub”.
