  1. Services Provided

    I specialize in tailored WordPress hosting, offering various packages to suit different business needs. My hosting plans include secure, UK-based AWS server hosting, daily backups, and SSL certificates to ensure your website remains safe and reliable. In addition, I offer add-ons such as plugin setup and website management for those needing extra technical support. My goal is to provide hassle-free hosting, allowing you to focus on growing your business while I handle the technical side.

  2. Age Restrictions

    You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any hosting services from me. My services are not adult-oriented, but due to the subscription-based nature of the service, I require that users are of legal age to enter into binding contracts.

  3. Payment Terms

    All hosting services are billed on a monthly subscription basis. Payments must be made upfront at the start of each billing cycle. If payment is not received on time, I may allow a short grace period at my discretion. However, if payment is still not received after this period, your hosting service may be temporarily suspended, and your website could go offline until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  4. Bespoke Services

    In addition to the standard hosting packages, I offer bespoke services for clients with unique requirements. If you need something more tailored, get in touch with me directly. I will discuss your specific needs, draft a custom proposal, and proceed once you approve the terms. This process allows for maximum flexibility to ensure your project is handled with care and attention to detail.

  5. Prohibited Content

    I will not host any content that is illegal, adult material (such as but not limited to pornography), or gambling-related. My hosting is provided through AWS servers, which are bound by their own content regulations. AWS also prohibits the hosting of adult content, and as such, I strictly adhere to their policies as well. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of services without refund.

  6. Resource Limits

    Each hosting package has specified resource limits, such as bandwidth and storage. If your website exceeds these limits, your service may be throttled or temporarily limited for the remainder of the billing cycle. While I do not charge extra for overages, excessive usage may result in temporary service disruption. I reserve the right to apply discretion and offer leniency where possible, but clients are expected to monitor their own usage within the specified limits.

  7. Refunds and Cancellations

    Payments are required upfront to cover the full month of service. Once payment has been made, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted for that billing cycle. If you decide to discontinue the service, you will still retain access to hosting until the end of the current paid period, after which the service will be terminated.

  8. Revisions and Backups

    For hosting-only clients, I do not offer revisions or changes to the website. However, should an issue arise, I can revert your site to a previous backup if requested. Backups are taken daily and retained for up to seven days, ensuring that recent versions of your site are available should a restore be necessary.

  9. SSL and Liability

    I provide free SSL certificates as part of my hosting service. I offer secure hosting but cannot take responsibility for issues arising from third-party plugins, themes, or WordPress core updates. These are the client's responsibility to manage, and I am not liable for any site downtime, breaches, or performance issues caused by such updates.

  10. Intellectual Property Rights

    For hosting-only services, you retain full ownership and control of your website, including all content, media, and data associated with it. For custom projects, specific intellectual property rights will be outlined in your individual contract. I do not claim ownership of client content, but I reserve the right to display completed work for portfolio purposes.

  11. Legal Disputes

    All services are provided under Northern Ireland law. Any legal disputes arising from the use of my services will be governed by these laws, and any legal proceedings must take place within the jurisdiction of Northern Ireland.

  12. Client Obligations

    Clients are responsible for providing all necessary content, information, and materials in a timely manner for any custom or bespoke services. If clients fail to provide content, I may use placeholders such as Lorem Ipsum text or royalty-free images until the final content is provided. Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the legal accuracy of any content they provide, especially in eCommerce or product-based websites.

  13. International Clients

    I work with international clients, but all contracts and services are governed by Northern Ireland law. Clients outside of the UK must be aware of and comply with any applicable local laws when working with me.

  14. Confidentiality

    I treat all client information as confidential. I will not share any private details outside of the specific work being done. However, unless explicitly stated otherwise, I may showcase completed projects, including case studies or social media announcements, as part of my portfolio.

  15. No Warranties

    Unless legally required, I do not provide any warranties for services. All services are provided "as-is," and I cannot guarantee specific outcomes, such as SEO performance, security, or accessibility compliance. Clients are responsible for ensuring their websites meet any legal or business-specific requirements.

  16. Website Maintenance and Support

    For hosting-only clients, I offer optional plugin and theme updates as part of my ongoing maintenance service. However, if these updates cause any issues, it is the client's responsibility to notify me. I will assist where possible, but there is no guarantee that I will fix any issues that arise from third-party software updates.

  17. Changes to Terms

    These Terms & Conditions may be updated or modified at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

  18. Service Provision

    For hosting services, I aim to provide reliable, high-quality hosting. Clients are required to keep their billing information up to date and ensure timely payments. Services will only be provided as long as payments are current. Any failure to comply with these payment terms may result in service termination.

  19. Violations of Terms

    In the event that a client violates these Terms & Conditions, I reserve the right to suspend or cancel services without providing a refund. Any breach of contract, misuse of services, or failure to comply with usage limits may result in service disruption or termination.

  20. Trials, Discounts, and Offers

    I may offer trials, discounts, or special offers on a case-by-case basis. These are provided at my discretion and are not guaranteed. Clients should inquire about these options directly if interested.
