Table Of Contents

  1. Hosting Services

    Overview

When clients purchase hosting from me, they sign up for a monthly subscription, which includes the following services:

    • Website Migration: Migration of the client’s existing website to my servers, including URL changes.
    • Basic Pulse Check: General review of the website's health.
    • WordPress Plugin Management: Automatic updates for WordPress plugins, with client requests for restores (up to 7 days).
    • SSL Setup: Free SSL certificates.
    • SMTP Assistance: Manual guidance for SMTP setup.
    • Domain Mapping: Assistance with domain mapping.

    Limitations

This service does not include content updates or advanced troubleshooting outside of hosting-related issues. I am not responsible for content accuracy.

  2. Custom Website Development

    Overview

For clients not purchasing hosting, I offer custom website development on a proposal basis:

    • Design and Development: Tailored website builds.
    • Placeholder Content: Placeholder images or text, client is responsible for final content.
    • Revisions: Limited revisions, as outlined in the proposal.

    Timeline

For hosting: 2-3 working days to begin the process. Custom builds: timelines vary and are specified in the proposal.

    Limitations

I am not liable for placeholder content accuracy. Revisions outside the scope are not included unless specified.

  3. Fine Print

In most cases, I may add a small credit to the footer of the website indicating that it is either “Hosted by jbtoner.com” or “Powered by jbtoner.com,” depending on the service plan chosen. This will have zero impact on your website's performance, speed, or SEO. However, the placement of this credit is subtle and does not interfere with the user experience. If you prefer not to have this credit, we can discuss options during the project planning phase.
